Creating

Create a board when you need a new page in your mesh.

Name and URL

Set the Name and Short Code. The short code becomes the board URL (for example yourmesh.umesh.co/updates). It must be unique within the mesh.

Search bar

Boards can show a search bar and copy‑URL box at the top. Enable Hide Search Bar to remove both for a cleaner layout.

Default board

Enable Default Board to make this the first board members see when they open the mesh without a specific board URL.

Disable a board

You can disable a board to hide it without deleting its content. Re‑enable it later if needed.

Leaders only

Enable Leaders Only to restrict a board to mesh leaders. The board won’t appear for regular members.

Segment visibility

If your mesh uses member segments, you can limit a board to specific segments. Leave it empty to show the board to all members.

Design settings

Open Board Settings to set colours for this board. You can use mesh colours or custom colours. See Colours for details.
