When RSVPs are enabled, you can track replies for each event.

Replies overview

In the Events list, you’ll see a Replies button for events that allow responses. For repeating events, replies are tracked per occurrence.

The replies view shows:

• who replied,
• their response (Yes/No/Maybe), and
• when they responded.

If a response limit is set, only the first responses marked Yes count toward the limit. Members are told when an event is full.

Additional names

If you allow additional names, members can add guests to their RSVP. These guests appear in the replies export.

Export replies

Use Download Excel to export replies for the event (or for a specific occurrence).
