Creating

Create events when you want to share a schedule with your members.

Add an event

Open your mesh and select Events, then choose Add Event. You’ll be asked for:

  • Title and Description so members know what it’s about.
  • Event Date and Time.
  • Event Length (optional), including “All Day” if appropriate.
  • Event Type (optional), if your mesh uses event types. Learn about event types.
  • Location (optional): choose No Location or pick from saved locations. Learn about locations.

Repeat an event (optional)

Turn on Enable Repeat to create a schedule such as weekly, monthly, or yearly. You can set how often it repeats and when it ends, and preview upcoming occurrences before saving.

Choose who can see it

If your mesh uses member segments, you can limit visibility to specific segments. Leave it blank to make the event visible to all members.

Collect RSVPs (optional)

Enable Responses if you want members to reply. You can also:

  • require a Yes/No response (hide Maybe),
  • set a response limit, and
  • allow members to add extra names.

If you set a Response Limit, only that many Yes responses are accepted. Once the limit is reached, members are told the event is full.
