Occurrences

Occurrences are the individual dates created by a repeating event. You can adjust a single occurrence without changing the entire series.

Viewing occurrences

Open a repeating event and select Occurrences to see every scheduled date. You’ll see:

• the date and time,
• whether it has been customized, and
• RSVP counts (if replies are enabled).

Edit one occurrence

Select Edit on an occurrence to change its time or details. This creates a customization for that date only.

Revert or reset

If you need to undo changes:

• Revert removes a single customization and returns it to the normal schedule.
• Reset Event clears all customized occurrences at once.

Delete or restore

You can delete specific occurrences so they no longer appear to members. Deleted occurrences stay hidden but can be restored later.

Use Calendar View to see the repeating schedule laid out visually.
