Add a file

Open Files and choose Add File. Give the file a name, then upload the file itself.

Visibility controls

You can restrict access using:

• Leaders Only: only mesh leaders can access the file.
• Visible to Segments: limit access to selected member segments (if you use segments).

Storage limits

Files count toward your mesh’s storage limit. If you’re close to the limit, you’ll see a warning. If you exceed it, uploads are blocked until you free space or upgrade.
