How do I Manage my Account Settings?
Once you have created your free account you can manage your account settings within the Account tab of your main
navigation bar.
You will be met with 4 Account tabs to navigate. Overview, Profile, Billing and What's New.
Overview will show you your profile name, email address and whether you have 2 factor authentication set up.
Profile is where you can edit these details. If you need to edit your profile name or email address you can do this
here. You can also use the Change Password function found here.
Within your Profile you can also switch on or off the two-factor authentication security step. This is an extra layer of
security we offer if you want to add it, it's completely optional.
Billing is where you can manage your subscription options. You can upgrade or downgrade your account from here.
What's New is where you can find out about exciting new developments within Usermesh or any changes you need to know
about.
