How to share my Mesh with Members?

Usermesh is great for keeping everything you need in one easy to access page. But sharing your Mesh is when it really comes into its own. Who are your members? Your members are people you have chosen to share your Mesh with. This could be your work colleagues if you are using Usermesh for your business sharing needs or it could be your friends and family if you are using it for personal use. A member is basically anyone you want to have access to your Mesh. Adding them is super simple. Members can be added from your Mesh main listing page or from your list of Boards. Both take you to the listing page for your existing Members with the ability to add new ones or delete existing. The Add Members function will bring you to an open text box allowing you to add multiple Members at once. You can add as many Members at one time as you require, simply use a new line or comma between each one and then select whether you want to invite them yourselves by sending them the URL or if you want us to send an email inviting them.

How do my Members access my Mesh?

Each Mesh has a unique URL that you can share with your Members. For help adding members see How to Add Members here. Once you have added your Member's email address this is all they will need to gain access to your Mesh. You can either copy the URL and send it to your new Member or have your Usermesh automatically send them an invite from the Add Member page. Either way when they click on the URL they will be taken to a form to input their email address. You can use the handy Copy URL button when on the Members page to share. This is the form your new Members will see when they try to access your Mesh URL. Upon first login they will receive a 6 digit code via email and then they are good to go. After this they will be able to access your Mesh with just their email address.

Can I remove a Member from my Mesh?

If you need to remove a Member from your Mesh at any time simply head over to your Members list where you can delete a Member using the delete at the bottom of the list. All you need to do is select them from the list and click delete and they will no longer be able to access your Mesh.
