Volunteering

If a mesh you belong to asks for volunteers, here’s how to sign up. Invited guests can volunteer too, using a share link from a leader.

Find an event that needs help

Events looking for volunteers show a Volunteers needed badge in the events list. Open the event and look for the Volunteer section, then choose View roles and volunteer.

Pick a role

You’ll see the list of roles for that event. Click a role’s name to read what it involves. Each role shows how many people have signed up (and, if there’s a limit, how many spots are left).

To sign up, use the button next to a role:

• Volunteer — sign up for this role.
• Switch to this role — move from the role you’re currently in to this one (you can only hold one role per event).
• You’re volunteering — click to remove — you’re signed up; click to withdraw.
• Full — the role has reached its limit.

Members and guests

• Members: you just confirm your name — your email comes from your account.
• Guests (using a share link from a leader): you enter your name and email. You don’t need to be a member.

That’s it — there’s no confirmation email, and you can change or remove your choice any time from the same page.
