Meshes

A mesh is your private group website. It holds your boards, posts, events, files, and links in one place.

Members access a mesh through its unique URL. They enter their email address and confirm with a code the first time they visit.

Member access flow

1. You share the mesh URL with a member.
2. They enter their email address.
3. They confirm with a one‑time code we email to them.
4. After that, we remember them on that device for a year so they don’t need to login again.

What you can manage

• Members: add, remove, and see who last accessed the mesh.
• Leaders: invite additional admins to help manage the mesh.
• Segments: group members and control who can see specific content.
• Settings: name, URL, navigation bar, timezone, language, and branding.
• Navigation: choose between a nav bar or board‑only structure.
