Volunteers

Volunteering lets your events ask members (and even non‑members) to sign up for roles — like Setup Crew, Greeter, or Cleanup Team — so you can see who’s helping with what.

There are three parts to it:

How it works

  1. Create reusable volunteer roles for your mesh (once).
  2. On an event, turn on Ask For Volunteers and pick which roles you need, with optional limits.
  3. Members sign up from the event. If you enable it, you can also share a link so non‑members can volunteer.
  4. See who’s helping on the event’s Volunteers tab, add people manually, or download the list.
Volunteering is a subscriber feature. If it isn’t part of your plan, the volunteer options won’t appear. See Billing.
