Yes! You can have your custom Usermesh colours across all of your Boards but you can also customise each Board with it's own unique colours.
Head over to Board Settings on each of your Boards where you can choose the colours to suit your needs on each one.
Scroll down to the Design Settings for your chosen Board and choose the colours using the colour picker or if you know the colour code just use the RGB colour selector.
